A brief resume of my professional experience is as follows:

 

June 2012- Present Business Consultant, Islamic Microfinance

                                  Enterprise and Youth Unemployment Reduction

2002                           BUSINESS –Christchurch. NZ.                                    Freelance writer on financial matters, youth entrepreneurs and closing the financial gap between Maori and Pakeha people.

We wrote a joint paper on “The role of Islamic Banks in advancing New Zealand Professional Immigrants in New Zealand” and I presented this paper at a conference in Jordan.

NZ.                                                                                    Chairman, Teaching Muslim students oral and written Arabic language, business leadership with social responsibility and moral values.

 

1995/1996                BUSINESS – Christchurch. NZ.                                                           Involved in the initial development and marketing of halal venison to the Gulf States market. Advising Hon. Jim Anderton, Minister of Economic Development on the importance of vocational training to Somali Youth.
